Our craftsmen have over 100 years combined experience producing fine custom architectural mouldings ranging from 1/4” x 1/2” scribe to 4” x 12” crowns.  The possibilities are limited only to the designer’s imagination.

Our state-of-the-art milling facility is equipped with Weinig moulders and grinders.  Each knife is precision ground using the latest in computer-aided-design software.  We utilize Mereen-Johnson gang rip saws optimized with Barr-Mullin software to process custom moulding orders from 10’ to 100,000’ with minimal waste and produce over 12 million lineal feet of moulding each year.

Other services we provide include profile sanding to give you mouldings that are ready to finish when they arrive in your shop, and cut-to-size to precision end-trim your mouldings to a specified length. Should the job call for radius work, we can provide curved mouldings as well.
